Each property runs on its own dedicated, isolated HotelClaw instance. Data is never shared or pooled across properties.

What we process

Written guest and staff conversations (LINE, Slack), PMS records your property imports, and the workflow activity HotelClaw executes on your behalf. Every message and workflow step is logged with actor and timestamp so your property has a complete, auditable record.

The demo-booking form collects the details you submit so we can contact you about your request. We do not sell personal data.
